- Deposit of one half of the charge for the total stay holds your reservation at Casa Campanitas in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
- Balance for the total stay must be paid 60 days (90 days for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break [March & April] and Easter) prior to arrival or forfeiture of the deposit will occur. A security/damage deposit of $300 is due with the balance of the payment. This damage deposit will be returned in full after departure if no damage has occured beyond normal use and no untoward expenses have been incurred.
- Written cancelations received 60 days prior to the first day of the reservation (90 days at Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break [March & April] and Easter) will qualify you to receive a refund of 50% of your deposit.
- Air conditioning is available for the room with the double bed for a surcharge paid at the time the balance is due.
- Reservations around the Easter and Thanksgiving holidays will be for a one week minimum.
- Reservations around the Christmas holiday will be for a one week minimum.
- No smoking. No pets.
- No children under the age of 10.
- Casa Campanitas is a residential condo in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. In deference to our neighbors, AT NO TIME WILL THERE BE ANY PARTIES OR ANY GATHERINGS OF MORE THAN THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO ARE INCLUDED IN THE WRITTEN CONTRACT. At any time if the noise level results in complaints by the neighbors, a minimum penalty of 50% of the damage deposit will be assessed. A second complaint will result in immediate termination of the stay, with a refund of half of the amount for the remaing time of your reservation.
